Websters acquires First Lettings Norwich!

WEBSTERS OF NORWICH LTD T/A WEBSTERS ESTATE AGENTS IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE RECENT ACQUISITION OF FIRST LETTINGS NORWICH LTD

Websters, a family run independent sales and letting agency, have recently acquired First Lettings, a Norwich based lettings business. Denise Lamb, the former owner of First lettings, is being retained and will continue to work for the Websters group and manage her portfolio of clients, many of which have been with her since she founded First Lettings 13 years ago.

Charlie Webster, owner of Websters, comments “I am delighted to welcome Denise & her First Lettings Clients to the Websters Group. Over the years she has built up an enviable portfolio of properties under management and when the opportunity arose to acquire the company we acted quickly to secure the business, further building on the recent growth of Websters and extending our market share of good quality rental properties in and around Norwich.”

Denise Lamb, former owner of First Lettings explains why she chose Websters; “Due to endless new legislation I felt the time was right for First Lettings to gain a support network moving forward and offer more associated services to my clients like sales and buy-to-let mortgages. I chose Websters as they are another independent family run business who deliver a high level quality service. I look forward to joining the Websters team working in the office at Unthank Road on a part-time basis.”

All First Lettings landlords and tenants will be notified shortly on the procedure for the smooth transition to incorporate the two businesses through our Unthank Road office. However, Denise Lamb will continue to work for First Lettings/Websters so the excellent level of service they have been receiving will not be effected.
