Websters acquires Langford Estates.

Websters Estate Agents is delighted to announce the acquisition of Langford Estates Ltd.

Websters, a family run independent sales and letting agency, have recently acquired Langford Estates, a Norwich based estate agency which has been successfully selling and letting properties for 18 years. Key members of staff are being retained in order to smoothly transition Langford’s portfolio of properties to the Websters Group. This is Websters’ second acquisition with the recent purchase of First Lettings in 2020 and brings their lettings portfolio to over 500 properties.

All Langford Estates landlords and tenants will be notified shortly on the procedure for the smooth transition to incorporate the two businesses through our Unthank Road, Norwich office.  However, two previous staff of Langford’s - Anjella Finlay and Caitlin Mason will continue to work for Websters so the excellent level of service they have been receiving will not be effected.    Ruth & Simon Codling will also assist with the transition period.
